It is rather unbelievable what we can realize and understand if we just stay a while and pay attention to what ever happens inside us - thoughts, feelings, images, worries, desires, irritations and many other things. Through non involvement, non rejection, non judgment...just observing. No push or pull, just staying with whatever arises inside, until it ceases and passes away. And then the realization comes! ~aha! so that's how it works! whatever happens inside me! if there is a me:)~ A type of understanding beyond rational and logic.
